Billing

We offer Something Better. For every new client, we will work for free for first month. We will start with our regular monthly invoice billing after we prove our mettle

It is primarily for getting you started. We will set up Social Media Accounts, Facebook Pixel, Google Tags, Analytics systems, all necessary advertising accounts and other administrative tasks. 

We dont bill you for advertising dollar; Facebook, Instagram, Google Linkedin, and other social media platform does. This budget is as whole spent on these platform. We recommend our clients to consider the average lifetime value of a customer for their business. Once you understand this, identify the maximum you are willing to spend to acquire one customer. With an experienced account manager, we believe we can help you acquire customers at a profitable rate over time. 

We provide the bills for all the money spend on these platform. As mentioned, we will produce the actual bills from any platform we are using where we are spending the advertising budget.

We offer initial contract terms of 3 months (Yes there are discounts). After 3 months, your account will be charged on a monthly basis. You have the option to cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice. 

 

Projects

Depends on our initial Social Analytics Report for your brand/website. There might be some changes we would suggest to update on the website for a better performance of advertising and analytics. These changes should ideally be done through the person who maintains your website as they can do it quickly. In case you don't have anyone, we will do it on your behalf after a discussion with you. This might incur additional charges based on the extent of changes.

You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager. This person will be your main point of contact. Each account manager has a team(s) under them who are responsible for design, implementation, analysis for the campaigns. Account Manager reviews all deliverable before it is sent to you. This is to ensure that you receive quality work and to resolve tough situations.

Yes, your account manager will be monitoring your advertising campaigns daily. If ads are not performing well, we will pause them and tweak your campaigns or ad-sets.
In addition, your account manager will be optimizing your campaign as time progress. In most situations, we are running A/B split tests in your ad campaign. This is the process of testing multiple variations of your ads, and the audiences for the ads. By testing different combinations of ads, we are more likely to identify areas of efficiency.

 

This is a direct outcome on your business goals and the strategy discussion we will have. We will analyse based on your target audience on which platforms will work the best for your business.

After 2017, It’s rare to see an influx of page likes from a single Facebook post, a boatload of website visitors from a tweet, or a ton of engagement on a recent photo you’ve posted to Instagram.
